Let us build and operate your heat sources

REALIZATION

Provision of heat sources (hot water, hot water and steam boiler rooms, heat pumps, solar panels, gas radiators, electric boilers), heat distribution, modernization, optimization, and decentralization of central heat supply. It also includes intelligent heating systems and all the standard sources of cooling for buildings, incl. cool distribution systems.

OPERATION

Production and supply of thermal energy (with and without a license from the Energy Regulatory Office), distribution of thermal energy and operation of terminal stations (central heat exchanger stations, transfer stations). Reduction of operating costs and permanent energy control room operating 365 days a year 24 hours a day.

What did we supply?

  • Supply, installation, and operation of equipment producing compressed air and cooling and a ten-year contract for the supply of these commodities.
  • Four compressors operating at two pressure levels of 8.5 and 19 bar and five machines featuring their Turbocor turbine compressors.
  • Delivery as a service, where the customer saves its initial investment costs for technologies and does not complete any service or operation of the entire system.

What did we supply?

  • Reconstruction of a back-up steam gas boiler room, construction of the main steam / hot water exchanger station, new pipeline distribution system, and reconstruction of customer transfer stations.
  • The transition means reduced heat losses, lower fuel consumption, reducing emissions, and improved environment.
  • The project is co-financed through EU funds by the Enterprise and Innovation for Competitiveness Operational Program, Support program of energy savings in the HSS (heat supply system) through the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic.
